Most hard goods, i.e. mugs, pens, tradeshow give-a-ways, etc, are shipped in approximately 10 working days after art approval. Soft goods, i.e. apparel and headwear, are shipped within 10 working days after embroidery sample approval. Rush orders are available, but may be subject to a rush charge.


Delivery on imports can vary between 60-120 days, based on the product and may be subject to higher minimums.

Art Requirements

For best results, we require high-resolution (300+ dpi) images in .jpg, .eps, .ai or .pdf format. Vector graphics are preferred. For vectore files, all fonts must be converted to outlines. Low-resolution artwork (for example, .jpg images copied from a website) are unsuitable for printing and will not be accepted.
